Group coaching
Are you thinking of applying for Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and wanting oral exam practise?
One of the best ways to grow your business and attract clients is to become credentialed with the International Coach Federation. This not only makes you more credible to prospects and current clients; it SETS YOU APART from the myriad of people out there calling themselves a coach. An ICF credential is your differentiator in the market place. Oh, and it also gives you credibility with yourself... when was the last time someone supervised your coaching?
“I thoroughly enjoyed the PCC-ready credentialing calls with Belinda and got an enormous amount out of them. In her characteristic style, Belinda created a really open, fun, and supportive learning environment, in which we could all comfortably stretch our coaching muscles and grow in the process. I recommend these calls with Belinda for anyone going for their credential and am confident, that like me, you'll find that it takes your coaching to the next level and prepares you thoroughly for the exam.”
Saskia Clements, ACC (soon to be PCC!)
"This was a great experience. My objective was to get feedback, and I certainly got that....”
Susie Sadler (now ACC), Singapore

"It's not just that Belinda Merry has invented the ICF Credentialing Exam Sessions so that coaches can practice their coaching and receive feedback in preparation for credentialing. That itself shows how innovative she is. And it's not solely because it doesn't matter where you are on the planet, you can do this from anywhere. And it's not only that Belinda demonstrates that as a facilitator and a coach she is second to none. And it may not even be that if you become involved with this program and you will find warmth, humour and a group of like-minded people coupled with a structured approach, solid information, attention to detail. It is in fact a combination of all this as well as knowing that you are in the safe hands of Belinda who is an exceptionally talented coach and a totally wonderful human being. Including this program as part of your professional coaching journey is an opportunity I definitely recommend."
Carolyn Highlands, Coach, Brisbane

"As I work with a brilliant Master Certified Coach on a regular basis I initially felt that this program may be doubling up my existing mentor coaching. However, having now completed your four week credentialing course I could not be happier with the experience and the outcomes. Receiving feedback from yourself and the other participants was invaluable and provided specific areas on which to focus my development. The program also enabled me to identify and acknowledge the areas in which I am doing well, and has created a deeper understanding and confidence in applying the ICF competencies. All in all I am showing up as a better, more aware and more confident coach. The bonus for me was hearing and experiencing your coaching expertise, deepening my growth as a coach, and equally important it was fun and I had opportunity to meet two other fabulous coaches in the process. I feel extremely well equipped and prepared for the ACC oral credentialing exam and where I previously felt nervous coaching in the presence of onlookers, now look forward to the next opportunity. Thank you with gratitude!"
Jo Darby (now ACC), Business and Personal Coach, Melbourne
"Belinda’s credentialing dress rehearsals are invaluable. Where else can you get excellent, highly useful feedback and learnings from a group of similar level coaches – and the expert Master Coach :) – in a safe collegial environment? I feel privileged to have heard different styles of coaching, taken my own coaching skills to the next level and been provided with sound tips. I have come away feeling confident to step up. I recommend these teleclasses to any great coach wanting to be an even better coach. Thank you Belinda for creating this special space for us."
Ruth Donde, ACC, Auckland New Zealand
"Belinda, thank you for this feedback and great encouragement. It is extremely helpful and gives me lots to think about and areas to work on. I’ve been coaching merrily away solo since my training last October, reflecting and self critiquing, but I’ve not been listened to by anyone. So, I do really appreciate your feedback. Thank you."
Yvonne McLean (now ACC), Executive Coach, Auckland New Zealand
"Thanks Belinda for providing the opportunity to fine tune my coaching skills in preparation for the ICF ACC credentialing exam. You provided a supportive and enjoyable environment for me to demonstrate and expand my coaching skills, to give and receive feedback, and to learn from your advice. A great learning experience! – thank you."
Kaye Blackburn (now ACC), Director Learning & Development, Mater Health Services Brisbane Ltd, Queensland
"After participating in Belinda’s teleclasses, I feel much more confident about the ACC coach credentialling process. I received detailed feedback on each of the ICF coaching competencies, which was invaluable, so now I am clearer about where I need to focus my development. Belinda created a learning environment that was warm and encouraging, and the whole experience was extremely worthwhile. I commend the program to anyone aspiring to the ACC credential." Rosemary Wealthy (now ACC) Principal Consultant and Corporate Coach, Melbourne
"Between 21 August and 11 September 2007 I participated in a dress rehearsal series for the International Coach Federation’s PCC credential examination. This was a merrymentality initiative run by Belinda Merry, MCC. It consisted of 4 weekly, one hour sessions in which I participated as coach one week, as client the next and as an observer for the other two weeks.
It was invaluable. It was so for these reasons:
- The very crux of completing the PCC examination is to demonstrate – at a PCC level – a strong familiarity with the ICF’s Core Competencies and to meet the Minimum Skill Requirements in relation to those Core Competencies. Participation in merrymentality’s dress rehearsal sessions quickly revealed where the gaps were between my perception of the Core Competencies and my performance against them. It helped me address those gaps.
- In addressing the Core Competencies from different angles – as coach, client or observer – I gathered fresh insight into how to ‘up’ my level of competency as a coach, not only to PCC level, but in some instances, beyond
- Belinda provided me with wonderful insights and feedback, as did the other coaches involved in the sessions. I also gained by getting out of my comfort zone - something that can arise from coaching for too long without sufficient and regular peer review.
- It helped me regain some much needed enthusiasm around my coaching and my future development and career as a coach.
I would strongly recommend participation in merrymentality’s dress rehearsal series."
Martin Wilson ACC, Principal / Coach, SELFMADE COACHING, Wellington NZ
"Here is a gracious thank you to you Belinda, for creating the ICF Credentialing Exam Sessions. YIPPPEEE - I'm in! I truly appreciate the space that you have created in allowing this to be such a wonderful, working platform for all of us. I joined your sessions because being my best matters to me... How can I benchmark my skills in the most sincere space of excellence? The answer was easy - join Belinda to receive the greatest feedback on my career right now and walk my talk by stepping outside my comfort zone to do whatever it takes to shine. Whether you're going for an ICF Credential or you're a coach wanting authentic feedback – this is an outstanding resource. We had fun, we learnt a lot, we shared and we excelled in our area of passion."
Julie-Anne Black (now ACC), Coach, Melbourne
